BECOME PVMA MEMBER

PROCEDURE / REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP

Any Vegetable Ghee / Cooking Oil manufacturing unit ,already in operation or starting afresh, can obtain the membership of PVMA ,after fulfilling the following requirement

• Submission of the application on PVMA'S prescribed Membership Application Form
• Payment of membership fee i.e Rs.50,000/-through D.D./P.O. in favour of PVMA
• Payment of Annual fee i.e Rs.50,000/-through D.D./P.O. in favour of PVMA
• A copy of memoration and articles of association of the application unit.
• Copy of PSQCA Certificate
• A copy of last paid utility bills (Electricity and Sui Gas)
• Details of staff employed
• Details of Plant and Machinery
• Declaration
• Copy of National Tax Certificate (NTN)
• Copy of Excise / Sales Tax Registeration Certificate
